Oakmount at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia
Oakmount and its professional teams are proud to support the 16th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, which runs from May 26th to November 25th, 2018.
Dublin will play a key role and join with the iconic cities of Venice, Paris, Berlin, London and New York in promoting this wonderful initiative that began over 120 years ago.
With a desire to maximise this important opportunity for Dublin, Oakmount’s sponsorship is driven by its commitment for combining the best possible design with world class materials to develop buildings, interiors and spaces that deliver incredible experiences for the people who work, live or enjoy their leisure time in them. Oakmount achieves this by working with a leading team of partners and consultants who are equally passionate about architecture, design, art and all that is embodied by La Biennale di Venezia.
Founded in Dublin in 2010, Oakmount’s vision for exemplary and innovative projects is evident in every property they have developed. Raising the bar in modern Irish design and architecture, and with a huge dedication to the restoration of protected structures, Oakmount has brought life back to many often neglected but significant buildings and spaces essential to Dublin’s fabric and thereby ensuring such buildings long term survival. Oakmount has delivered hotel, commercial, residential and leisure projects that are validated by the positive impact they create on the people who enjoy them, their commercial success and the contribution to Dublin’s built environment.
This year’s event is particularly aligned to Dublin as Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara (Grafton Architects) received the honour of being requested to act as curators of the 16th International Architecture Exhibition.
