Restored 1801 structure developed into a boutique whisky distillery with reception areas, tasting rooms, a rooftop garden and an exhibition space. Total floor area of the distillery and visitor centre is more than 5,000sq m (53,820sq ft) located over a two hectare site – Completed 2022.
